Adoption Application

 

 

If you are interested in meeting one of our available animals, we ask that you complete the adoption application found at the link below. A completed and reviewed application is required before we can schedule a meet-and-greet.

In order to be considered as an adopter, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Have identification showing your present address.

• Have the knowledge and express consent of your landlord with a written letter stating so (if you rent).

• Be able and willing to provide a loving, safe, and peaceful environment for this pet.

• Be financially stable and willing to provide all necessary routine and emergency medical care.

The policy of True Natured Rescue is to ensure that each person who adopts an animal is fully aware of the commitment and is capable and willing to accept that responsibility morally, physically, and financially. Because our rescues include a variety of animals—ranging from dogs and cats to larger animals like horses—the following questionnaire is designed to aid both you and True Natured Rescue in determining if you, your property, and your family are adequately prepared to assume the specific responsibilities of ownership for the animal you are applying to adopt.
