OUR TEAM
Get to Know the Faces behind True Natured Rescue Inc.
Since our founding in October 2021, True Natured Rescue Inc. has grown and evolved in countless ways. Every animal we’ve helped has taught us something new, and each rescue has strengthened our knowledge, experience, and commitment to our mission.
Rescue is a continuous journey of learning, adapting, and growing. Over the years, we have gained invaluable insight into animal care, rehabilitation, placement, and sanctuary work, allowing us to better serve the animals who depend on us.
We are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and remain dedicated to expanding our impact, improving our programs, and continuing to learn as we advocate for animals in need. The journey is ongoing, and we look forward to helping many more animals in the years ahead.

🐾 About True Natured Rescue Inc. 🐾
I am the founder and president of True Natured Rescue Inc. Ever since I was a child, I’ve had a deep love for animals—but that passion truly took shape when I moved to a small town in California’s Central Valley, where I witnessed firsthand the overwhelming number of neglected and abandoned animals, especially dogs. That experience is what sparked my commitment to rescue.
Today, I continue to work a full-time job to personally fund much of the rescue work. Everything I do—every animal we take in—comes from a commitment to put their needs first. I wouldn’t change that for anything.
True Natured Rescue is built on hands-on, individualized care. Every animal we bring into rescue stays in our home, where they are given time, structure, and support tailored to their needs. While we began primarily with dogs, our mission has grown to include other animals in need, including horses, pigs, and more. Each one receives personal attention and a safe place to heal and prepare for their next chapter.
We also remain committed to the families who adopt from us—offering guidance and support long after placement. That ongoing connection is part of the True Natured experience.
What started with just myself, my husband, and my mom has grown into something much larger. And at the center of it all is community. Every person who donates, shares a post, fosters, or supports in any way is part of this rescue.
Rescue is not a one-person effort. It takes all of us—and we truly couldn’t do it without you. 💛

Daniel Elliott
Treasurer
With us since the founding of True Natured Rescue, Daniel is a core part of our team and has played an important role in helping shape both our mission and day-to-day rescue work. He brings valuable experience to the rescue, with a strong focus on training, care, and supporting the needs of animals as they transition through our program.
Beyond his hands-on work with the animals, Daniel is a steady and reliable presence behind the scenes. He has a natural understanding of animal behavior and a calm, grounded approach that helps support animals of all kinds—including dogs, horses, and pigs.
He is also deeply supportive of the rescue’s mission and is a major source of encouragement and strength for the program as a whole. With a background in mental health knowledge and a compassionate outlook, he helps contribute to the thoughtful, individualized care approach we strive to provide for every animal.
Above all, Daniel is a dedicated partner in both life and rescue work—kind, quietly devoted to animals, and the biggest supporter and cheerleader of everything we do here at True Natured Rescue.

Pamela Serino
Secretary
Pamela has been an active member of animal advocacy groups, her whole life. She is our main transporter for veterinary appointments as well as spay and neuter appointments. Without Pamela, we would not be able to get our rescues ready for their new homes!

Jaclyn Neddenriep
Public Relations Officer
Jaclyn recently joined our team after falling in love with our mission, meeting many of the pups we save & assisting with fostering some of the rescues. Although she has always been a dog person, she recently discovered how much she enjoys networking with local businesses in addition to assisting in planning our fundraising & adoption events. Jaclyn is now our main point of contact for public relations. She has been a major asset in spreading the word about our rescue and mission.
